Ashraf brings over 20 years of experience in IT procurement, strategic sourcing and contracting, with a proven record of delivering measurable value through disciplined RFx execution and negotiation. He has led sourcing initiatives across organizations including Navy Federal Credit Union, Rain, AARP, and Blackboard, managing complex, multi-million-dollar contracts across software, SaaS, professional services, and non-IT spend.
Drawing on deep, hands-on experience running real-world RFx events, Ashraf founded TaskProcure to modernize how procurement teams source, evaluate, and select suppliers. At the core of TaskProcure is the RFx Toolkit, a purpose-built automated scorecard and evaluation tool designed to eliminate spreadsheet errors, standardize scoring, and enable faster, audit-ready supplier decisions.
